Plan for 20-50 Mbps upload per HD stream when using NDI|HX2 encoding, or 100-150 Mbps for full-quality NDI. A 4-camera remote production typically needs 100-200 Mbps dedicated upload bandwidth at the venue. Fibre connections are ideal; bonded cellular can work for lighter workloads.

Over the public internet, expect 100-500ms latency depending on distance and network conditions. This works well for most productions. For time-critical applications like live sports with on-site IMAG, consider dedicated network circuits or hybrid workflows where only certain elements are produced remotely.

Yes. NDI Bridge is bidirectional—you can send program feeds, graphics, and intercom/IFB audio back to the venue. Combined with IP-based intercom systems and tally, your remote team can communicate with on-site crew just like a traditional production.
